Prime Jerky started decades ago, when as a child, me and my mother would make batches of venison jerky after my stepfather would return from hunting. I was always intoxicated by the unique smokey smell of jerky as it was being made, with the aroma filling every corner of our house. Over the years I've practiced and experimented with countless varieties of meats and flavors, culminating in the mouth watering morsels that are Prime Jerky. Now I'm sharing this labor of love with the world, I hope you all enjoy eating it as much as I did crafting it.
